When you take the MAI assessment, we collect your answers to 18 questions and two role selections. If you choose to unlock your full report, we collect your email address. We do not collect your name, company, or any other personal information.
Your assessment answers are used solely to calculate your archetype and generate your report. Your email address is stored securely (as a cryptographic hash — we cannot read it in plain text) and used only to associate you with your report. We do not send marketing emails in V1.
All data is stored on Railway's PostgreSQL infrastructure. Your email address is stored as a one-way bcrypt hash — it cannot be reversed or read by anyone, including us. Your assessment domain (e.g. 'gmail.com') is stored separately for aggregate analytics.
We use Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP addresses to understand how people use the platform. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Since emails are stored as hashes, we use your session ID (visible in your report URL) to identify and delete your record.
